Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

As each piece is made in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns on sale or discounted items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at anetamalysza@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without confirmation — they may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anetamalysza@outlook.com with photos and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
